I still don’t feel well and sometimes Fandom is not a nice place to lurk.

If you are on Tumblr, I will follow and you don’t have to follow back since I’m mostly a lurker.

Multifandom: Starships! by [livejournal.com profile] bironic (Gen, PG-13, 3:36)

periphery by [archiveofourown.org profile] silversparrow (Harry/Louis, Liam/Louis, Teen, 11,713 words)
After a car accident, Louis goes on pretending that nothing ever happened. I love reading a good ghost story especially when I can feel the sense of horror of what is happening to Louis and I love the progression of the flashback to the crash.

Scalene, Isosceles, Equilateral by [archiveofourown.org profile] matchsticks_p (Zayn/Harry/Louis, Explicit, 4,163 words)

the internet is a drug, srsly I been on a four-day binge and been doing nothing. I should be researching school options right now but I don't want to do it. I'm horrible. I should also clean my room. I finished uploading one mood theme and I'm slowly uploading a Bill Compton one because I like Stephen Moyer ridiculous face, really, I find him very attractive. I filled up most of my icons, only six slots left.

Chuck/White Collar: *Move You Around by [personal profile] mardia - Chuck Bartowski/Neal Caffrey, NC-17. AU. Must be a Tuesday. [Contains spoilers through White Night.] I recommending this fic because it is the only one I read that has this pairing; not a perfect fic but it satisfy the craving for now. (57,070 words)

Doctor Who: *One in a Million by [personal profile] w_coffeespoons - Amy Pond/Rory Williams, NR. They’d talked about it before--okay, so maybe talked wasn’t the right word because Rory was pretty sure that foreplay and dirty talk didn’t count as a discussion. Amy and Rory are so perfect in this. (1,125 words)

Futurama: *The Future is Now by [personal profile] bring_me_sugar - Fry/Leela, NR. The future had a lot of neat things. Fry is so in character in this one, perfect. (650 words)

Gossip Girl: *Everybody's Gone At Last by [personal profile] stainofmylove - Blair/Dan, NR. It’s not frantic. It’s never going to be. (1,593 words)

Harry Potter: *Is This The Moment? by [livejournal.com profile] monimala - Ron/Hermione, PG-13. Set a few days after Deathly Hallows (book or movie). "Are you mental?" she asks, sounding so much like *him* that Ron almost wonders if she's taken Polyjuice. Except that would be weird, wouldn't it? Drinking bits of him up before they… "After all this time, you want to go *slow*, Ronald Weasley?" Perfect Ron's voice. (600 words)

Sherlock (BBC): *What have we got to prove by [personal profile] psychedelicammo - John Watson/DI Lestrade, adult. Cracking a case is hard when you're Sherlock Holmes. Afterwards he crashes, hard. *Sirens to the Wounded by [personal profile] d_generate_girl - Lestrade/Sherlock/John, NR. Spider-Man: *Better The Devil You Know Than The One You Don't by [livejournal.com profile] fuzzy_carpet - Peter Parker/Harry Osborn, NR. It's well-past midnight when Harry shows up at Peter's door, grinning ear-to-ear in a way that could only mean he was up to something, what with a bag of Chinese take-out in one hand and a six-pack of Tsing Tao dangling from the other. Harry and Peter they break my heart always, perfect capture of their angst. (1,357 words)

Doctor Who: Invincible by [livejournal.com profile] humansrsuperior - Eleven/River, SFW. "Invincible" by Ok Go. River Song kicks butt (and Eleven/River is hot). Every new vid made about them made me love them more and I love the vidder editing style so much.

Gossip Girl: bad sex, literature, and russian hats by [livejournal.com profile] artemis_sparks - Dan/Blair, R. Post S4. I want you, she thinks, and it doesn't make any sense because everything so far has been about as not-perfect as it's possible to be and he's Dan and he isn't right for her, none of this is right. I love how Blair & Dan interactions are so awkward and hot. Artemis_sparks knows how to write these two and can always make me fall in love with them all over again. (6,748 words)

Sherlock BBC: A City Without Walls (or here) by [livejournal.com profile] sidneysussex - Lestrade/Sherlock, PG-13. Detective Inspector Lestrade is dying. At the same time, Sherlock is making it worthwhile to live. Tears! Heartbreaking, beautiful read and love the tenderness between Sherlock and Lestrade. This fic put me through the ringer. (10,084 words)

Jim's life in Riverside is uncomplicated until two men, both equally mysterious and compelling, arrive in town, bringing with them the promise of change. I can't begin to describe how much I like these fic and sad to see this fic ends. Everyone is so in character, the trio's interaction is great, and Uhura's back-story is like my favorite part. Go read it I don't want to spoil this story. (WIP: ~104,511 words) *Update: Now Completed @ ~111,944 words*

Supernatural: Goodbye by [livejournal.com profile] cugami - Dean/Castiel, PG. I love the embrace.

"Castiel is in Love" by [livejournal.com profile] usarechan - Dean/Castiel, PG. I'm a 'dude' in love I love how Dean's holding the back of Castiel's neck.

Saudades by [livejournal.com profile] cugami - Dean/Castiel, PG. Military AU. Dean is fine where he is, fighting a near endless war at the border. Then he meets one of the devils of the sky, which are ironically called Seraphs - suicidal paratroopers. A great snippet of an AU, I love the world building in this and I didn’t feel like it needed to me flesh out more. (2,535 words)

Stairway From Zion by [livejournal.com profile] daymarket - Dean/Cas, R. Orwellian AU. During the same raid that had Castiel crashing through the windshield of Dean’s getaway car, Dean loses both Sam and Anna to the hands of the angels. Human and angel should hate each other as circumstances dictate, but life has a funny way of changing the preordained path. I'm enjoying the dynamic between Dean & Castiel; the world-building is amazing, and just go read it I don't want to spoil this one. (63,000 words)

No Brakes Or Take-Backs (or here) by [livejournal.com profile] highermagic - Dean/Castiel, Gabriel/Sam, NC-17. AU. Castiel never wanted a demon. Now the thing's on his mind all the damn time. And his scent is everywhere. PORN, hot porn, enough said. (~12,000 words)

Don't Walk On By by Cas ([livejournal.com profile] virtualpersonal) & [livejournal.com profile] brimstonegold - Dean/Castiel, NC-17. AU. Written for dc_everafter. Dean works several jobs in order to pay for medical care for Sam who has been severely injured. The day he meets Castiel, Dean's luck changes, though it is debatable whether it is for the better or for the worse. Castiel is an angel who has been cut-off from heaven to live with Man for a hundred years. Trying to right a wrong, he accidentally hires Dean as his rent-a-boy and learns a thing or two about being human. A Pretty Woman!fusion that I didn't know I wanted and with one of my favorite version of Castiel. His characterization is so on point; this fic made me smile, sad, swoon, and laugh all over the place. Perfect read. (60,000 words)

Superman

Listen.. people be asking me all the time, "Yo Mos, what's gettin' ready to happen with Hip-Hop?"

I tell em, "You know what's gonna happen with Hip-Hop? Whatever's happening with us"

If we smoked out, Hip-Hop is gonna be smoked out. If we doing alright, Hip-Hop is gonna be doing alright.

People talk about Hip-Hop like it's some giant livin' in the hillside comin' down to visit the townspeople.

We ARE Hip-Hop. Me, you, everybody, we are Hip-Hop. So Hip-Hop is going where we going.

So the next time you ask yourself where Hip-Hop is going, ask yourself, "Where am I going? How am I doing?"

'Til you get a clear idea. So.. if Hip-Hop is about the people and the Hip-Hop won't get better until the people get better, then how do people get better? Well, from my understanding people get better when they start to understand that, they are valuable...
